• Responsible for responding to customer inquiries.
• Monitor customer account and order status on regular basis.
• Support business operation, including payment submission, order execution and payment request.
• Assisting the sales department in all aspects of sales processes, documentation, administrative support and delivery arrangements.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned when required.
• Able to travel both domestic and overseas for sales &marketing activities when required.
• Back-end support to Japan market sales activities.

Technical Engineer

［Job Requirements & Responsibilities］

a) Research & Development:
• Conduct research and development activities focused on ABS thermoplastics.
• Develop new formulations and improve existing products to meet market demands.
• Perform laboratory experiments, analyse data, and document findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.

b) Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to customers through onsite visits or online communication.
• Assist customers in understanding product specifications, applications, and performance.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers to enhance their knowledge of ABS thermoplastics.

c) Failure Analysis & Troubleshooting:
• Perform failure analysis on customer-reported issues to identify root causes.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to resolve product failures.
• Work closely with customers to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Document and report findings, providing recommendations for product improvements.
